Returning items and obtaining refunds is straightforward with our easy-to-follow process. Here's how you can return products and request a refund:

Return Eligibility:

Before initiating a return, please ensure:

• The item is within the return period, typically 30 days from the delivery date.
• The item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Returning an Item:

1. Initiate a Return: Log into your account and go to 'Order History'. Select the order you wish to return and click 'Return Item'.
2. Select Return Reason: Choose the reason for the return from the available options.
3. Print Return Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the package.
4. Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
