Guide to Returning or Exchanging Your Purchase

Return Policy Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to 'Order History.'
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Click 'Return Item' and follow the prompts to complete your return request.
4. Print the provided return shipping label and attach it to your package.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same steps as returns. Indicate that you would like to exchange your item, and specify the new item you wish to receive. Our team will process your request and send out the replacement once the original item is received.
